BOU Admission || Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering Program 2017-2018

Bangladesh Open University (BOU) published admission notice of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program 2017-2018. The CSE Program admission published on 18/12/2017. The online application will be started from 27/12/2017 and to till 31/01/2018. For admission in the 5th Batch, you have to pass SSC/Equivalent in 2015 or earlier and HSC/Equivalent in 2017 or earlier. You can find all information about CSE admission 2017-2018 at www.bou.edu.bd. Minimum Qualification for Application:

• Physics/Higher Mathematics including SSC/equivalent in Science and HSC/equivalent examination should be passed separately with GPA 2.5 (Scale of 5) / second division.
• Students appearing for HSC / equivalent exam under Kargiga Education Board are eligible for application. In this case, there should be a minimum GPA of 2.5 (Scale of 4) / second division with mathematics / higher mathematics and physics.
• Diploma in computer science and application program (DCSA) of BOU passed students can apply.

Application Time: 27/12/2017 to 31/01/2018

The list of applicants for admission test published date: 05/02/2018

Collect Admit card: 06/02/2018 to 08/02/2018

Admission Test (Written): 09/02/2018

Time and place of Admission Test (Written): There will be the reference in the Admit Card.

Result publish date of Admission Test (Written): 17/02/2018

Viva voice of passed candidates: 19/02/2018 to 20/02/2018

The list of final candidates publish: 27/02/2018

Admission according to Merit List: 01/03/2018 to 15/03/2018

Admission from waiting list: 19/03/2018 to 22/03/2018

Orientation Class: 23/03/2018

Online application process:

Go to admission.bousst.edu.bd and click on Apply button. Fill up the application form with correct information and click on Submit. Now you can see on-screen BSCSE PIN No. By clicking on the Print/Download Application button you save this with BSCSE PIN No.

Payment Process:

From DBBL Mobile Banking "Rocket" personal or agent account you have to pay TK. 600 for the application fee and TK. 30 for system fee, total TK. 630 with submitting Biller ID 280.

Process of submitting fee by DBBL Mobile Banking (Rocket)

1. Go to the main menu of Rocket by pressing *322#
2. Select Payment in the replay.
3. Then select Bill Pay
4. Type as Biller ID 280
5. Type Bill Number as your BSCSE PIN No
6. Type Amount 630/-
7. Now provide you personal or agent Rocket PIN and send. In return Message, you can get Transaction ID (Txnid). Save Transaction ID carefully.

Admit Card Download:

You can download the admit card if you are in the list of CSE admission test of BOU.

1. Go to admission.bousst.edu.bd and click on Admit Card Download.
2. In screen Type your BSCSE PIN No and Transaction ID that you got from DBBL (Rocket) and then click on Submit.
3. Print your admit card by clicking on the Download/Print button in A4 size offset paper.

Mark Distribution of Admission Test

According to HSC Syllabus Physics (35), Mathematics (35), English (20) and written skill Bangla and English (10) Total 100 marks MCQ and also Theoretical examination will be held.
