16th NTRCA Circular 2019
Non-Government Teacher's Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) published 16th teacher's registration circular 2019. According to this circular online application will be started from 28 May 2019 at 3.00 PM and will end on 19 June 2019 at 6.00 PM. Only who received USER ID before 19 June 2019 at 6.00PM they will submit application fee within 72 hours.

Eligibility
For the application who is appeared in the examination, they are not eligible to apply. Who passed the examination but not received a certificate, they can apply and show a testimonial, tabulation sheet/number sheet and admit card to the board of viva-voce examination. For details, please see in the circular.
How to apply
The online application will start on 28 May 2019 at 3.00 PM. For online application go to the link at http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd. Select your respective post and click next to continue and fill out the online form with your original details. Then preview the application for checking. And then upload the image (300x300 pixel) and signature (300x80 pixel). When all process will be done click Submit to submit the online application. Now you can print your application form with a User ID.
Application Fee
When submitted the online application accurately, then you can get a User ID. Now you need to pay Tk. 350/- through 2 SMS by Teletalk mobile operator.
SMS Format
1st SMS Format: NTRCA<space>USER ID and send to 16222.
Example: NTRCA ABCDEF
2nd SMS Format: NTRCA<space>YES<space>PIN and send to 16222.
Example: NTRCA YES 123456
Admit Card
For the admit card NTRCA Authority will notify through SMS to the candidate mobile number with USER ID and PASSWORD.
When the candidate passes the Preliminary examination NTRCA upload admit card for the candidate who passed the Preliminary Test.
Candidate can download Admit Card at http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd.
